I feel your pain and triumph--and yes, there are times when not telling people working with the child that he/she has a special attribute is to the child's advantage. There isn't an s. It is technically Asperger Syndrome. But I always mispell it! (I've had to set my PC at work to spell check for the correct version so I can look competent!)
